Estimators

Responsible for professional and knowledgeable representation of our company in pursuit of new sales. Ongoing development of new sales within established territory. Ongoing and continued representation in business to business and civic organization affiliations within the assigned territory. Timely and accurate presentation of sales material to potential clients from in-house lead generation. Timely and accurate presentation of contracts to office staff. Ideal candidate: Minimum of one year in sales and must become familiar with all of our services. Computer skills, knowledgeable of Dallas Metroplex area. Flexible schedule.

Salary: Sliding commission 10%-12% + bonus.

Installers

Responsible for timely and safe installations in field. Ongoing technical and safety training. Upkeep and organizing of crew vehicle and equipment. Successful communication with field and office coordinators, and clients. Ideal candidate: Minimum three years experience installing repairing, gutter or open gutter systems, irrigation systems, drianage systems or tree service. Salary: Piece rate + bonus.
