Irrigation Valve Replacement Process
Dallas Landscape & Irrigation replaces a faulty irrigation valve by first locating the damaged valve, shutting off the water, and removing the old part from the valve box or line. The technician then installs a matching replacement valve, reconnects the wiring and fittings, and tests the zone to make sure it opens, closes, and seals properly.
What to expect during the service:
- Inspection of the valve and surrounding plumbing
- Removal of debris, worn parts, or corroded connections
- Installation of a new valve sized for your system
- Electrical and water flow testing after the replacement
Replacing a valve can restore normal zone operation and help prevent water waste from stuck or leaking components. If you notice a zone that stays on, won’t activate, or has visible leakage around the valve box, it may be time for service.
